At ComIT Technology, we provide customized services tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
Due to the personalized nature of our work, all pricing is quoted individually and agreed upon before the commencement of any service.
Refund Eligibility
As our services are custom-made and delivered per client specifications, we generally do not offer refunds once a project or service has been initiated. However, we may consider a partial refund or credit under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered due to our fault
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Cancellation before any work has commenced
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after service has started
- Delays caused by lack of client communication or required input
- Dissatisfaction with a service delivered as per the agreed scope
- Custom work already partially or fully completed
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the issue. All refund requests must include:
- Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- The refund amount ll be credited withing 7 days
- Full name and contact information
- Invoice or payment reference
- Clear explanation of the reason for the refund request
Each case will be reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
